About

  • What is the Cauldron and who is it for?
The Cauldron is an online community for witches, and students and practitioners of magic and ritual-arts. The Cauldron produces and shares podcasts, articles, and videos that explore magic, myth, and meaning in folklore, philosophy, history, and the arts.  We offer a social-media forum similar to Facebook but without the ads, or an algorithm.  The Cauldron fosters respectful debate, and offers an opportunity for members to share their work and ideas.
  • How can I participate in The Cauldron?
You can participate by listening to the podcasts, watching the videos and reading the articles. You can attend the salons, workshops and events, take courses. You can apply to teach a course, or give a talk, or contribute to the blog, video-channel, and/or podcast. Visit intothecauldron.org/contribute for more details.
  • What sort of events does The Cauldron host?
The Cauldron is working up to hosting a monthly debate/panel discussion, offering online talks and lectures, and the occasional in-person events.
  • Can I share posts to Facebook, or other social media?
Absolutely! We are building an online platform independent from big business, but we also know that we need to get the word out.
